Improving the material, cultural and spiritual life of the working class is one of the main contents affirmed by the Party and State in the guidelines, guidelines, and policies for economic - society development. It is also very important content that social policies need to ensure and influence to contribute to creating motivation and strength of employees. This article deals with the main impact of social policies to improve the living standards of the Vietnamese working class and improve the quality of human resources of the working class.
